Plot: A 3verse story: It would it seem that Kirk likes having his belly rubbed. Inspired by something I saw on Tumblr and yes it is crack.

The cabin lights were low as Jim arched his back and sighed loudly with pleasure. Spock watched this display coolly, but did not ease his actions.

"Really Jim? One would think you were getting more than a belly rub," Spock intoned.  Jim smiled, nuzzling his head into Spock's lap and laughed.

"But it feels so good, Spock." Spock raised an eyebrow.

"One would think that a back or foot rub would be more enjoyable."  Jim shook his head, his eye closed, the smile still on his face.

"You are wrong there Mr. Spock."   Spock frowned but only outwardly. Inside he took pleasure in his lovers joy at a simple touch.

"Spock..." Jim's voice broke through Spock's thoughts.  The Vulcan shook himself.

"Yes, Jim?"

"You're purring." Spock looked down and met Jim's teasing hazel eyes.  Spock inhaled and continued rubbing his captain's stomach, his head high and his chin out.

"I suppose I am," He said and Jim laughed, the sound echoing all around them.

Meanwhile in another timeline...

"Oh gods Spock. I love you.  You're the best ever, don't stop."

Spock's face flushed green at the sound of his captain's moans. "Jim, please. You sound as if I'm ravishing you,  not rubbing your stomach." Jim sighed, his blue eyes closing as smiled drifted across his face.

"I know, but you really don't understand how good this feels. Haven't you ever just wanted you belly rubbed?"

Spock's eyebrow shot up. "No, " he answered point blank.  Jim managed a little shrug and sighed again, nestling into Spock's lap.

"You're missing out." Jim's tone was soft and lazy. Spock peered down at his captain and felt a surge pure bliss from deep within at the simple touch on the human's skin.

"What's that noise?" Jim asked lifting his head from Spock's lap. Spock paused and the slowly resumed his actions. Jim stared up at him.

"Are you purring?" Jim asked, trying to contain his laughter. Spock's sniffed and pushed his shoulders back.

"Perhaps, " he said and Jim let out a chuckle, lowering his head back into Spock's lap.

Meanwhile in another universe...

"You are the most insatiable creature I know."

"Shut up and keep rubbing." Spock shook his head, but he did not relent in his task. In his lap, his captain, James tilted his head back and moaned loudly.

"Really James.  Show some constraint."

"Fuck you and no." Spock sighed and peered down at his captain.

"Image, the captain of the Imperial flagship, enjoying a belly rub like common canine." James looked up at Spock, smirking.

"You're the one that put the collar on me," He said playfully.  Spock bobbed his eyebrows.

"Indeed and it would appear that my choice of gifts last Valentine's day was appropriate." James snorted at this but said nothing. Spock continued with his task and  shut his eyes, taking a moment to just enjoy the feel of his captain's skin. James moaned and shifted in Spock's lap

"I love it when you purr," he whispered. Spock opened his eyes and peered down again.

"Do you? Why?" Spock watched James's face as his captain looked away.

"I don't know. I just do, and who said you could stop?"  James barked that last bit and Spock took up his task again. James settled back down and he sighed contently. Spock in turn purred loudly. Moments like these were fleeting and it was nice just to revel in the joy of a simple touch.
